The DBHS Alumni Association will be awarding three (2) scholarships in the amount of $1000 to three (2) current, graduating high school seniors of Deerfield Beach High School.  

 

Student applicant MUST meet the following criteria to be eligible:

1.   Must be a graduating 2026 Senior at Deerfield Beach High School.

2.   Must be accepted and enrolled at a Technical or Trade School.

3.   Must submit a completed online application and supporting documentation

 

All COMPLETED applications and supporting documents must be received no later than 5pm on April 1, 2026 by email at the following email address:

Upon careful review of all applications, the Board will notify all eligible applicants via email on or before April 10, 2026.  Applications will be scored on a point system in the following categories:

 

School Involvement

Community Involvement

Teacher Recommendation

 

Two applicants will be awarded a one-time $1,000.00 scholarship.

Once awarded, the recipient MUST submit proof of enrollment/registration (copy of her/his class schedule) and signed media release, no later than September 16, 2026 by email to the email address above. Upon receipt of this information, the scholarship will be paid directly to the student.
